1xN MEMS Optical Switch
The 1×N MEMS Optical Switch is a high-performance optical switching device based on Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) technology. It is available in various channel configurations, including 1×4, 1×8, 1×16, 1×32, and other custom channel counts, enabling flexible optical signal routing from a single input port to multiple output ports.
This MEMS-based switch features low insertion loss, excellent repeatability, and high reliability, making it ideal for applications in optical network monitoring, fiber sensing, instrumentation, and data center automation.
The device provides fast switching time (≤15 ms) and long mechanical durability exceeding 10⁹ cycles, ensuring stable performance even under demanding environments.
Both single-mode and multimode versions are available, covering O/C/L/L+ bands or 850 nm / 1310 nm wavelengths. The switch offers high isolation (≥50 dB), low polarization dependence (≤0.15 dB), and a wide operating temperature range from –20 °C to +85 °C.
Different form factors (M1–M5) and fiber options (bare fiber or loose tube) are supported, along with various connector types such as FC/SC/LC/MPO, making integration convenient for OEM system design.
